[Proj] build mapserver 5.2.0 with proj 4.6.0

Hi,

This is an issue from mapserver building, but I would like to know what do you 
think about this as it is link top proj4.

I am trying to build mapserver with proj 4.6.0, mapserver configure script try 
to test proj installation and the release number and I get this error:
checking for pj_transform in -lproj... no
configure: error: This version of PROJ is too old.  PROJ4.4.2 or later is 
required

As you see I don't use old release of proj, is it possible that something 
changed in proj4 (pj_transform for exemple ;) ) and that mapserver is getting 
wrong release number?
