[Proj] Conversion sentence

Hi All,

I'm a newbie here..

I just wanna know how to convert from :geogrpahic(LongLat (google earth
coordinates) to UTM zone 38 Ellipsoid=International and datum called =Ain Al ABd
the datum has : dx=-143 dy=-236 dz=7 Helmert parameters.

I want to format the command cs2cs 

Plz help.
