[Proj] Re: datum shifting - cs2cs build or config problem?

I get the same result from nad2nad as I get from
NADCON and WISCON:

C:\proj>nad2nad -i 83 -i hpgn=WI -o 83 -w5
-89.8 44.166666667
89d48'0.00849"W 44d9'59.99715"N

But as reported below, I get something else from
cs2cs:

I've tried noodling with my syntax, any suggestions
would be appreciated.
