[Proj] Installing Proj on a Mac

Naiara,
It is possible to install proj and GDAL on Mac OSX using the open
source package manager fink:
http://www.finkproject.org/
The finkcommander GUI application makes specifying and installing
packages fairly painless. You may need to set fink to use "unstable"
distributions to get the most recent releases.

Fink installs packages in /sw, so you will need to add /sw/bin to
your path.
