[Proj] My Aitoff error

What made the determination of Aitoff's scale variation difficult for me was the fact that I was trying to make it easy, by the sort of informal approach that I'm used to with simper projections. Apparently with Aitoff there's no substitute for actually writing X and Y as functions of lat and lon, and then differentiating X and Y with respect to lat and lon.
