[Proj] installing proj

'prefix' is by default set up to /usr/local

see

./configure --help

> $ proj
> proj: error while loading shared libraries: libproj.so.0: cannot open shared
> object file: No such file or directory

so libproj.so.0 should be located in /usr/local/lib

so, add (if not present)

/usr/local/lib

to

/etc/ld.so.conf

and run

 ldconfig

(as root)
