[Proj] Wikipedia ECEF entry

Well, the rotational axis is one, but the ECEF's are many (each datum
defines different translation - not to mention the rotations for molodensky
7-params), so, 'it' or 'they' does not coincident with the rotational axis
(and maybe not all of them are parallel to it...).
