[Proj] NTv1 (redux)

Before putting this subject to rest:

Is anyone still using the NTv1 format?

I saw that Frank had put it into pj_gridinfo.c and, from logfile, looks like 
an addition shortly after file creation in '03.

Based upon Google searching, it looks like a dead issue compared to NTv2.
