[Proj] Geosynchronous projection ?

Hi,
I seems the "geos" projection does not support a lat_0 argument. Although it is
clear that geostationnary satellites are not suppose to have lat_0 different
than 0, in practice it happens.
Is there a way to take this fact into account ?
