[Proj] Using Proj with Delphi

Hi all,

I want to use Proj with Delphi and FreePascal. At the Proj site i find
Pascal interface units for Proj 4.4.3, 4.4.6 and 4.4.7 [1]. This units are
bit outdated and to use them users need to build Proj from
modified sources.

I decide to create bindings for latest Proj version 4.7.0 that don't need
any modifications in library source code. Anyone working on this or
interested in Pascal Proj bindings?


Also I want to know is it possible to do affine transformation with Proj?
I look at docs and find nothing about this.
