[Proj] Javascript for geodesics

I released version 1.12 of GeographicLib today.  A couple of points of
note:

* I've switched the license to MIT/X11 which may make GeographicLib
   easier to integrate with other libraries.

* I provide Javascript and Python implementations of the geodesic
   routines.  For a sample of the Javascript in action see

     http://geographiclib.sourceforge.net/scripts/geod-google.html

   which shows geodesic lines, circles, and envelopes displayed on Google
   Maps
