thanks for the reply

yes I have omitted the init code
projPJ projGauss = pj_init_plus(proj4Gauss);
projPJ projWgs84 = pj_init_plus(proj4Wgs84);

the result in decimal point is the result of the funtcion:
pj_transform(projGauss, projWgs84, 1, 0,&x,&y,&z);
