[Proj] Problem with projection imw_p

Hi All,

I'm having a problem with the imw_p projection and thought I
should send it to this list for comments before submitting a bug
report. The prompt from proj is % in the following examples and
the prompt from the OS is $.

This is proj-4.8.0 .

imw_p : International Map of the World Polyconic
