[Proj] Pipeline +init files, inverse

+inv is only valid within a pipeline. That's why my last example was

	<7709-3D_reverse>  +proj=pipeline +step +init=transforms:7709-3D +inv

even though it is a pipeline with a single step, it is necessary because otherwise the +inv
would not have an effect. This stuff is also in the documentation for the next release:
https://kbevers.github.io/usage/operations/pipeline.html (preliminary address until PROJ 5 is released).

I’ll give these a try on RC4

cct +init = blabla +inv
Doesn’t work on RC3 if it’s supposed to.
But I’m sure
cct -i +init = blabla
and the others will work
