Fun! (but a lot terrifying)
Agreed that std::isnan is probably better.
A more interesting case is when I use a class to setup/tear down a new ctx
for each test to give a clean error env...

I'll send a pull request to remove the Apache 2 license statement. I don't
want to be adding code under a 2nd license to PROJ!
