[PROJ] [Non-DoD Source] Re: Incubate PROJ as an OSGeo Project?

It was indeed my intention to get the incubation process started
last year but I never really found the time to do so. It was my
intention to pick it up after the 6.0 release, so I am glad that
Mike and Howard has taken this up again. I am of course in
favour of PROJ becoming a proper OSGeo project.
