[PROJ] extending proj.db with another db file

Hi

I think I read about this somewhere, but I am not able to find it.
I would like to extend proj.db with some data (for instance geoid models in
customizations.sql, grid transformation in grid_transformation_custom.sql).
However I don't want to modify proj.db, but extend it with another sqlite
file(s). Is that possible?
