[PROJ] Geodetic geotiff grid for bd72lb72_etrs89lb08.gsb

Hi,
  As I can see ntv2_to_gtiff.py could run with --copyright option

   Is it possible to run it on bd72lb72_etrs89lb08.gsb with
-- copyright " Derived from work by Nicolas SIMON - release in public
domain under Creative Commons Attribution license (CC BY)"
to stay compliant with licence statement  ?

btw, I'd like to inform you that this transformation is also recognisa as
EPSG:8369. This could help to facilitate the use of the transformation.
