Thanks Markus. Definitely of interest. I think we have now most major pieces 
of history of this brother of PROJ.4/PROJ.
So it turns out that libproject 1.01 is a successor of libproj4.3_20081120. 
Mostly with some code cleanups, comments and autoconf support, but nothing 
major on the computational part AFAICS. I've updated the source to it, and 
updated README.md.
