[PROJ] Using latest realization of a datum ensemble ?

I agree with you, and especially with the idea of the need to educate PROJ and GIS users in avoiding datum ensembles. (I think some additional education is needed for the fact that WGS84 is NOT the official global geodetic reference frame but this is ITRS.) However, to make people stop using datum ensembles, some changes in EPSG are needed too.

I'm not sure if this is the best solution. However, I think this might be only realistic solution, as it reduces the amount of change needed in EPSG to something doable.
