[PROJ] How to transform the XYZ coordinate (ITRF) to Latitude/Longitude?

Hi, 
I am new to the Proj.
I want to transfrom the ITRF geocentric  coordinates to the Latitude/Longitude. I did not find the solution after reading the document in https://proj.org/operations/conversions/cart.html

I just found this:
echo 17.7562015132 45.3935192042 133.12 2017.8 | cct +proj=cart +ellps=GRS80
But I need the inverse transfrom. 

I guess the Proj have such function. 
Could someone help me?
