[PROJ] Changes in area of use bounds for EPSG 3035 between major versions

It seems a change in EPSG.
This is the CRS: https://epsg.org/crs_3035/ETRS89-extended-LAEA-Europe.html
This is the Extent: https://epsg.org/extent_2881/Europe-LCC-LAEA.html
that was modified in January 2021:
https://epsg.org/closed-change-request/browse/id/2020.127
