[PROJ] How to do Helmert transformation with +exact option in QGIS?

That would indeed make it very easy for users to add our predefined custom CRS. However, in the python command I would still have the same limitations for the PROJ.4-style string and the WKT string, thus no exact Helmert transformation, right?
