[PROJ] Compound ESRI+EPSG

Hi

Can I make a Compound CRS combining two different authorities? Let's say,
ESRI:102121 (NAD_1983_Michigan_GeoRef_Feet_US) and EPSG:6360 (NAVD88 height
(ftUS))
If it makes sense, is there any notation to combine them? something like
"ESRI:102121+EPSG:6360" ?
