[PROJ] Strange axes in LV03

Dear colleagues
I can confirm that the axis of LV03 are correct.
By the way - in older classical geodetic books the axis names were switched compared to the classical mathematical notation.
LV03 is the old system which is no longer used  for geodata sets in Switzerland since about 3 years (but in some cases still used due to a history of more than 100 years).
