I’m happy to announce the release of PROJ 9.1.1 and PROJ-data 1.12!

The PROJ release is a maintenance release that fixes a numbers of issues. See
the release notes below.

The PROJ-data release adds a new Austrian grid (at_bev_AT_GIS_GRID_2021_09_28).
