Well then I guess we to call it RC3 since I started out by uploading 60 byte empty archives…

On a related note. There’s an open position as release manager should anyone want it.
I haven’t really got the time to do this anymore and I am clearly incapable of producing
useful releases when I’m in a rushed state of mind. And when I’m not doing things in a hurry
I am still incapable of figuring out those soversion numbers as demonstrated many times
over the years.
