[PROJ] Website page mentioning PROJ users

[support at mnspoint.com]

We don't want to be listed for the latest "pipeline" version.
We are using the older version which is ok for most users.

BTW: Where are all the versions (also older) of proj available
to be downloaded? (With maybe some comments of it and differences)
