Well, we do have the ITRF2014 and ITRF2020 plate motion models, that can 
be used to do point motion operations between 2 epochs (don't have an 
example handy, github down in gellyfish...). You would have to select 
the parameters for the Eurasian plate. But they are mean parameters for 
the whole plate. Difficult to know how much accuracy you'd get for Italy 
in particular (and how much that would be appropriate for WGS 84, 
although this is likely a neglectable issue as the latest realizations 
of WGS 84 and ITRF are generally considered as equivalent at the 
centimeter level).
