I think the key question here is whether the Belgian
$(Geodetic_Authority) has changed the definition of an established name,
and EPSG is following, or if something else is going on.
In general, the situation projected CRSes with an underlying datum that
is an ensemble, or worse turned into an ensemble, is messy.
It's further messy if there is blurring of system and the ensemble of
frames implementing that system.
