Thanks, but a pile of "minor" and "significant", that obviously EPSG
thinks was the right thing, is hard to understand vs what the people
that decided an update was prudent think, after they evaluated it.

Perhaps, 99% of the time there are no concerns, and the 1% is hard to
predict, so what I'm asking about doesn't make sense.
