[Proj4j] Fwd: Announcing Proj4J

The Proj4J project has now been launched.  Thanks to all who voted in
favour.

The following now exist:

- a version 0.1 codebase in SVN, which can be built and used as is. This
contains all of the functionality of the original JHLabs code, plus a
substantially reworked class model which will support all further
enhancements
- project docs on the wiki
- some key tasks in Trac

It would be great if interested parties could review the codebase and
provide comments.  Even better would be some volunteers to test out some of
the almost 100 projections and 1000's of coordinate systems, and debug them
as required.
