[Proj4j] Re: Proj4j Digest, Vol 5, Issue 1

Ah, right.

IMO the testsuite file is incorrect, since the src and tgt ordinates are 
not in the same order.  Proj4j can't handle that situation currently 
(and it's not clear to me how an application would detect this situation).

Landon, any thoughts on this?
