[Proj4j] Status of project

Hi Martin,

I am interested in the status of this project.

I notice there has been no activity on this list since August 2010. Has 
it moved somewhere else? Is it still active.

If it is active, I would like to volunteer to provide maven-based build 
and release process to the project and help with testing as you see fit.

Please advice. Thanks.
