[Proj4j] Roll Call!

Hello.

We use proj4j in our S-57/ENC (nautical chart) WMS. It is based on OpenMap, but we use proj4j for some extra coordinate systems defined in proj.4 format. It is variants of "+proj=merc" with different "+lat_ts" and "+k" values.

We are happy with proj4j so far. Thanks!
