[Proj4j] pm parameter is not supported

I'm working on integrating proj4j with the Teiid database to do coordinate
transformations. I just ran into this when testing out examples from other
databases.

Any reason this param isn't supported? I'm a GIS novice but this seems like
a good opportunity to jump into the fray...
