[Proj4j] SVN commit

I everybody, 
no issue to commit on Proj4j SVN repo? 
I have some trouble due to identification: " not authenticate to server: rejected Basic challenge ( http://svn.osgeo.org ). " 
My OSGEO ID is correct . 

Any ID?
