[Projects] update your project's FOSS4G banner

Hello OSGeo project officers, incubation teams and mentors,

Please help the Bonn FOSS4G team now, and be sure to update or add the 
new FOSS4G 2016 logo to your project site.  There are lots of logos and 
banners available for preview at
