[Projects] Stepping down as the gvSIG project representative

Dear OSGeo projects list members,

Due to some professional changes, at this moment the amount of time that 
I am able to spend on contributing to the gvSIG project is much lower 
than usual, so unfortunately, I'm afraid that I can no longer be the 
gvSIG project representative. I would appreciate if you can start the 
process to make the corresponding change as soon as possible. I'm 
copying this email to Alvaro Anguix, who is the gvSIG Association 
General Manager, and also to Mario Carrera so that they can participate 
in this process.

Thank you all for your support, particularly during the gvSIG incubation 
process. I'm proud to have been part of this wonderful initiative.
