[Projects] OSGeo7 going down for routine maintenance

OSGeo7 will be going down in about 0-2 hrs for routine maintenance.

Servers affected are

ldap.osgeo,org  (which affects a lot of things),  trac.osgeo.org,
git.osgeo.org, wiki.osgeo.org, download.osgeo.org, nextcloud.osgeo.org
staging.grass.osgeo.org, osgeo.org, www.osgeo.org, old-webextra, old-adhoc,
old-projects

I'll send a note once maintenance is complete.
