[Projects] [Board] upcoming OSGeo/OGC/Apache code sprint

Hi Astrid,
There is no wiki page yet, we had a planning call yesterday with OGC and
Apache and will have a website for the sprint soon so people can register.
Please just send an e-mail here for now so I can add the project names
to the announcement (planned for next week).
