[Projects] OSGeo7 will be rebooted today

I plan to do a reboot of OSGeo7 later today.  In next 12-13 hrs.
I expect all services to start up in 15-30 minutes after.

I'll send out another note before I do and update after

If after update you see any issues feel free to post them to this ticket

Note that LDAP is on osgeo7 too so may impact login of other services.
