[Projects] Staged Trac upgrade, please test

We're in the process of upgrading Trac to version 1.6 and would like
to call projects still using it to test it.

The staging url is:

  https://dev.trac.osgeo.org

The ticket to report problems is:

  https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/2822

A number of Trac plugins could not be installed so if they ring
any bell you could focus on testing them. In particular I see
that TracDoxygen is used by both OSSIM and GRASS trac projects.
