[Projects] OSGeo Community Sprint 2025 in Riga, Latvia: call for project participation

Dear OSGeo Project Officers: as you may be aware, the 2025 Community Sprint
will take place in Riga, Latvia, from 29 September - 03 October 2025.

The Sprint will be run as part of the Big Data in Space (BiDS) Conference.
More information can be found in [1].

Given the significance of your project, your project's presence is greatly
beneficial for the sprint in order to attract participants and grow the
community with new/additional community members and/or contributions.

If your project is considering attending, please add participant names to
[2], as well as relevant project sprint plans in [3].

In addition, if your project is aware of any sponsorship opportunities,
please feel free to let us know and we can follow up with them accordingly.
