[pycsw-devel] pycsw 1.4.2 released

The pycsw team announces the release of pycsw 1.4.2.
   
This is a minor release, back-porting fixes from git master to 1.4 branch:
   
- fix ISO metadata parser for dealing with non existing elements
- fix freetext generation to only harvest XML element content, not attributes
- parameterize filter values
- fix pycsw:Publisher to map to provide name
