[pycsw-devel] pycsw 1.4.1 released

The pycsw team announces the release of pycsw 1.4.1.

This is a minor release, back-porting fixes from git master to 1.4 branch:

- fix ISO keywords output

- fix GetRecords typenames parameter handling
