Angelos: good points. I replaced the 'Home' navbar label to 'pycsw' to promote the project name presence a bit in the navigation.
The "Metadata Publishing Just Got Easier" is by design as per the bootstrap template we started with to provide a marketing type banner. Having said this, I've moved the project logo alongside the banner which (to me) promotes the project name a bit more. Let me know if this is better or whether we should to refine.

Thanks Ryan for pushing this forward.
Perhaps we should remove the "Metadata publishing just got easier" or make it smaller. It pops out to the eye. IMO this title should have "pycsw" in it somewhere.
