[pycsw-devel] 1.10.1 releasing planning and provenance review

All: there have been numerous requests for a patch release against
1.10 branch. There has been considerable fixes/backports since 1.10.0
[1].

I'd like us to get 1.10.1 out by end of this month.

We have been holding 1.10.1 off in order to finish off the OSGeo
Incubation provenance review [2].  The reason for this is that post
1.10.1 we will start development on CSW 3 implementation, which will
result in some major changes (and bigger codebase), so we wanted to
get provenance review out of the way now given it will be simple/fast
in comparison.

Let's do the provenance review next week.  Any help on provenance
review/OSGeo Incubation is welcome!
