[pycsw-devel] Incubation update - Project Status

Hello pycsw development community!  I feel it is a good time to give a
project status to the Incubation Committee.  We could fill out the
"Project Status Template" form and I could submit this to the Incubation
mailing list for members to review:

I wonder if we should plan an IRC meeting to go through this as soon as
possible.  How about this Friday?
