[pycsw-devel] Required version of pyproj

Hello!

I noticed that you state to require pyproj 1.9.3. Fedora currently is 
shipping a pre-1.9.3 snapshot and there's a ticket that says 1.9.3 would 
only work with a post-4.8.0 snapshot of proj.

Have you heard of this issue? Would pycsw work with the current snapshot?
